S.J. Gabaldon Construction & Realty has been building dreams, neighborhoods and community for over three decades in San Juan County NM. We are a Land Development Company, Building Contractor and Full Service Real Estate Office. When buying a new home in one of our Subdivisions, the home owner typically is buying below market value.
