Speakers Check-In at the registration desk in the main office on the day in which you are speaking. If you would like to view the room in which you will be speaking staff will be available to help you from 8am-1pm and 4pm until 8pm on Tuesday May 7th, and during conference hours May 8th and 9th. Admission badges, lunch & reception tickets that have been included with exhibit booths or purchased with Sponsorships will be tucked in name badges and will be available Monday, May 6th at McGee Park during exhibitor check-in. They will also be available during conference hours on May 8th and 9th. Reception tickets will also be available for pick-up at the Farmington Chamber of Commerce from April 19th through May 6, 2024.
Lunches and reception tickets are not included with admission badges.
The reception will be held on Wednesday May 8th following the conclusion of the conference at Farmington Gateway Museum. Tickets are $45.00.
Shipping Information
Large items, or equipment CANNOT ARRIVE at McGee Park PRIOR TO Friday April 26, 2024. They can not accept any UPS items prior to April 26, 2024. Please be aware that items shipped to McGee Park will be placed in the booth by 4 Corners Energy Conference and will have a service fee assessed. Arrangements for pick-up also need to be made. McGee Park will also handle the items being shipped out after the show, the vendors must attached the printed return label to the items they are shipping back. FCEC will do return shipping for a fee.
