    About Us

    Farmington Evening Lions Club is a non-profit service membership organization chartered in Farmington in 1928. This club is part of the International Lions Club organization, founded in the U.S. in 1917. It has over 1.4 million members worldwide as of April 2015, and is the largest community service organization in the world.
    The Lions organization's main objective is prevention of blindness.
    Farmington Evening Lions Club serves this community through service projects such as: eyeglass collection, Kids Sight screenings in public and private schools, scholarships to the San Juan College Foundation, provide eye exams and glasses to adults in need, seat rentals at Wilderness Park during Sandstone Productions to help fund local service projects.
