Melete Legal is a business law firm specializing in corporate, securities, and intellectual property law. The firm handles transactional matters for small businesses and entrepreneurs, ranging from formation and structuring of the legal entity to registration and protection of trademarks with the US Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to commercial contracts, the firm has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment, real estate, equity, and investor agreements. Kenneth Shiau started Melete Legal in 2024 after years of working at various law firms in Albuquerque, Denver, and Austin. His practice is now focused on growing and developing the small business community in the Farmington, NM area.
