About Us

A Gold Star Academy & Child Development Center/Smiling Faces Child Care Center has four locations in Farmington under the business name 3-D Enterprises Inc. Owned by Barbara Tedrow: A Gold Star Academy by Brookside Park serving over 160 children, Smiling Faces Child Care Center located by San Juan Regional Medical Center serving 90 children, A Gold Star Academe East by Animas Valley Mall serving over 44 three and four year olds in Full Day PreK, and A Gold Star Academy on Crouch Mesa in collaboration with the City of Farmington for a licensed After School Program and FREE NM Early PreK for 3 year olds. Our philosophy is one of love for the children and families like they are our own. We accept children ages 6 weeks through 12 years of age.
